Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Barajitas: Football Sticker Tracker application ("the App") operated by Kai Imery ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is a football sticker album tracker that allows you to:

• Track your sticker collection progress
• Connect with friends and arrange sticker trades
• Scan sticker numbers using your camera (Premium feature)

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 or older.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our servers within 30 days.

3. Premium Subscription

The App offers an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription ("Premium"). Premium unlocks the QR code scanner and the ability to add unlimited friends.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through App Store › Account › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. We do not issue refunds directly.
• Price changes: We will notify you of any price changes in advance. Continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance.

By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kai Imery and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Sticker images, team names, and tournament references are the property of their respective owners. Barajitas is an independent fan tracker application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to FIFA, any football federation, or any official World Cup licensor.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
